Applications may be submitted by a group representative if the applicants are all travelling for the same purpose, have the same itinerary and are submitted to the Visa Application Centre (VAC) on the same day. Note: a family does not constitute a group.

All applications being submitted by a group must be submitted in person to the VAC by appointment only. Currently there is no option to submit the applications by courier. Only the group representative is required to attend the appointment.

The VAC Fee for each applicant of the group is payable only by Visa or MasterCard at the VAC. All other fees and paperwork remain the same as indicated on the appropriate checklist based on the purpose of the trip.

To submit applications for a group through the VAC, you must first schedule an appointment with the VAC. Please send an email indicating the following information to vacgroups@cicmex.com.mx for Mexico City, vacgroupsmty@cicmex.com.mx for Monterrey or vacgroupsgdl@cicmex.com.mx for Guadalajara:

• Group's Name
• Group's Representative Full Name
• Group's Representative Email Address
• Group's Representative Telephone Number
• Number of Applicants in the Group
• Preferred Date to present yourself at the VAC
